The building is only approx. 500 m away from the motorway access B1 (Magdeburger Ring/ city motorway), which itself has a direct junction with motorway A2 in the direction of Berlin and Hanover (east-west connection) and via the federal road B71 to the motorway A14 in the direction of Halle and Leipzig (connection to the south).
